Shaded Experimental Fanart Drawing for Reitanna-Seishin of her popularly known character Obsidian ‘Minkie’ Pie! CERBERUS  
So.  
I wanted to try something different and push myself for a change. I’ve been desperate to draw ‘Minkie’, again because of her pleasant, rocky colour scheme and her long, straight hair which is so, so nice to draw compared to all the other unique and curly haired characters I normally draw. <33  
With this piece, I’ve been searching for a way to make lineless illustration through an easy and effective method and following an artist who’s an expert at lineless drawings and learning how they do it. I finally have the answer and it works! <333  
New style, perhaps??  
This really surprised me. The hair almost reminds me of anime hair because of how I shaded it but it still goes together nicely with my style! Going with a different appropriate to this dark character, I nearly want traditional with her personality and bahaviour with a wicked smile and over sized eyes but I decided for a broken expression constructing to the broken lock in the background which represents a different approach of her cutie-mark.

Anyways, it’s highly unlikely that Reitanna will ever see this but I just wanted to draw a simple and easy coloured character for another practice piece! <33
