Well, unless if there’s an extended cut that features Klavis, the Storm Creature Gliders, and Storm Creature Tanks. Even though we do have the normal infantry Storm Creatures and Tempest Shadow’s personnel Bodyguards plus the ones identical to the two Storm Creatures with their hair streak’s same color as Tempest’s mane but have their hair streaks dyed in other colors while intending the Friendship Festival during the ending credits.

Well, his name is not made up because he remained unnamed until the film’s concept art revealed that his name was “Klavis”. And it’s so disappointing that Klavis, the Storm Creature Gliders (whom we saw in the book “The Great Princess Caper”), and the Storm Creature Tanks didn’t appear in the finished film. Unless if there’s an extended cut that features Klavis and the two missing Storm Creature types.

Are there other or more then one Storm Creature Generals than Klavis or is it just one Storm Creature General?

Klavis is one of the Storm King’s Storm Creature Generals who helped him ruled and conquered kingdoms beyond Equestria and later set his sights on Equestria seeking to steal the power of the alicorn princesses they can overthrow and use it to rule the world or make all the inhabitants of Equestria the Storm King’s slaves. I don’t know what really happened to Klavis sense he appeared in the official MLP Gameloft app. Along other troops of the Storm King, Klavis talks. I don’t know what happened to Klavis during the events of the film.

I guess Applebloom’s right. Applejack is one of the six ponies along with Spike, Tempest Shadow, Princess Skystar, Capper, and the Crew of Captain Celaeno to defeat the Storm King and his Storm Army.

Klavis is ken of the Storm Generals. But we didn’t even get to see him along with the other generals as well the quadrupedal Tank Storm Creatures in the film. Nor were the Glider Storm Creatures despite seeing them in the storybook “The Great Princess Caper”. Speaking of Tank Storm Creatures, The Storm King wasn’t like Scar, Shenzi, Zira, from the Lion King franchise because Scar has an army of hyenas, skinks, jackals, crocodiles, and evil lions that were led by Zira, the Quintessons from the Transformers G1, Aligned, and Cyberverse Continuities because they had an army of Sharkticons as well as Allicons that were quadrupedal creatures in G1, Scorponok and Alpha Q from Transformers Energon because Scorponok had an army of quadrupedal Terrocons which are Battle Ravages and Cruellocks, while Alpha Qhad Command Ravages, Lockdown from Transformers 4: Age of Extinction because he had Steeljaws, Unicron from the Transformers Aligned Continuity because he created Terrorcon-Predacon hybrids while possessing Megatron, Thanos, Loki, and The Other from the Marvel Cinematic Universe because they had the Chitauri Gorillas and the Outriders, The deer Hunter from Bambi because he had some hunter dogs, Grimmel the Grisly from How To Train Your Dragon 3: The Hidden World because he had Deathgrippers, the Wolf Pack from “Storks”, the Fossas from “Madagascar”, Rabia from the MLP comics because she had the Umbrums, and the Big Bad of the tv series and possibly the G4 franchise Queen Chrysalis because she had an army of changelings. It seems odd why we didn’t get to see these quadrupedal Storm Creature Tanks in the film. But I bet if these would be canon, they could use as for pulling Storm Carriages and Storm Wagons and fighting enemies while ruling and conquering Equestria and other lands beyond Equestria.

I know that. I was just referring to the joke in ‘Surf and/or Turf’ where Applebloom said that Applejack defeated the Storm King on her own.

Well, actually, the Mane Six including Applejack, along with Capper, the crew of Captain Celaeno, and Princess Skystar were the ones who defeated the Storm King and his Storm Army. Even Tempest Shadow pushes him off the balcony while the two wre being turn into obsidian. Tempest survived while the Storm King met his end when he was smashed or shattered into pieces ending his three-day tyranny/conquering over Equestria for good.

Like almost everything this artist posted on her website as part of this set, it’s a design which ultimately wasn’t used in the film. At the point in production when these character designs were made, the intent was to have the Storm King’s army be made up of many different kinds of troops, some of whom would have names and minor speaking roles; that was cut for time/story constraints, so these images are essentially all that’s left of them.

Well, according to Applebloom, she defeated the Storm King on her own. Wouldn’t that mean she could take his place?

It turns out the Storm Creature General had a name. I thought Klavis was made up by Gameloft until I saw this.

Storm King is a lot taller than I thought, he dwarfed even Discord.

I think she’s just being used for size comparison purposes. Tempest is a lot taller than her, though, so maybe not.

Applejack looks really out of place here.
