As a person who likes sugar a little too much, coffee is actually the one thing I prefer less sugar the better. I still drink ice latte once in a while but even then I drink sugarless. Cream and milk in coffee is fine but no sugar. :P

There are some sugarless versions, like of Red Bull.

you’re definitely right; energy drinks are super sugary and loaded with carbs and calories in general
but coffee ISN’T super sugary and tasty
sooo…
Trust me, I learned the hard way, even though I drank Red Bull more often, it applies to all energy drinks.
