No it really wouldn’t actually. She’s a magical talking pony with wings and a horn, she’s as intelligent as a human arguably more so considering she’s lived for 1000+ years and runs an entire kingdom of equine who are also on the same level of intelligence as humans, enough so that they’ve even created their own architecture, built castles buildings and cottages, they can cook, sing, figure out equations and even strategize in warfare as depicted in the war with Sombra in the alternate timeline which was only possible because a unicorn was smart enough to figure out how to travel through time.
 
Ask yourself this, what constitutes as an animal? In my mind the answer is any species with intelligence that is sub-human with an inability to consent or conceptualize the concept of consent as a whole. Which makes Princess Celestia fair game considering in a lot of instances she surpasses human intelligence. Don’t give me this Bestiality bs, a different body shape doesn’t equate to a feral animal.
