Yeah, I saw the same problems, as well as some involving her character and the fact that it says things like “didn’t shut its mouth about some world called Equestria…” If that were in the SCP Foundation, it would be, well… considerably more professional and would probably have a note about finding Equestria.

On FimFiction, there actually was this hilarious story where Pinkie Pie befriended SCP-173. How? Apparently, Pinkie Pie, being able to slip in and out of too-small spaces, managed to slip out of SCP-173’s neck-crushing grip, instead grabbing SCP-173’s neck instead, giving it a hug. Maybe it’s because she’s an Element of Harmony, but now SCP-173 isn’t quite so murderous anymore. She even recruits it in an attempt to why I, a seemingly ordinary toaster, landed near the Everfree Forest one day.

If Pinkie is SCP 2378, why did it say “SCP 1378”in the containment procedure?

Disregarding the official no pony rule, this would have problems as an actual SCP report.
 
First off, there are a few gramatical problems. “-such as calling ‘Gummy’ the SCP-682 subject-” should be reworded as “-such as calling SCP-682 ‘Gummy’-”
 
Class-Ds are personnel that have been inducted from prisions. In fact, they aren’t really hired at all; they are lab rats or, in some cases, cannon fodder. Saying “specialized personnel higher than D-Class” is a bit vague. Also, seeing as Pinkie can seemingly teleport everywhere, a better tracking method should be considered (implanted GPS chip, maybe?)
 
I’m not sure why she’d call SCP-173 “Discord”. Is it because SCP-173 is a statue?
 
But for what it is, it’s funny.

Wait a minute, they exposed Pinkie to 687, and it DIDN’T kill her right away because it was too distracted by her yammering nonsense? Wow.
