Point. Though she might have a more big sister role there and think she needs to be more ‘responsible’ as a parent role. I don’t know if she could have cared for Spike alone since fillyhood.
RD´s hardly the perfect parent either. Remember how Aj noticed much faster than her that something´s wrong with Scoots?
Besides being a big sister is different from being a parent so that would be a new experience for both of them, a very changing one indeed.

Personally I’d like to think both of them would change somewhat with the added responsibility of being a parent. I doubt having a kid (in the sense of “having” not “giving birth to”) would have zero impact on their personalities.
