You let yourself become distracted by the dozens of colourful drawings displayed on the walls. You recognize all of Hoofingold’s family, although Leaf Chaser appears less often than the others. You ask if she is the author.
Hoofingold: “A-ha! Indeed, she is! That filly has been at it ever since she first picked up a pencil, and she hasn’t missed a day.”
Leaf Chaser: “Uh huh. When I learn something new, I like to draw it so I don’t forget. That’s why I need a model. If I try to draw stuff from memory, I forget all the lil’ details.”
