As the sun begins to set over the Manehattan skies, Sunfyre & Genette are wandering around in the local park, waiting to begin they’re night on the town. The pair, forcibly…er, push to go thanks to they’re friends back in Hoofington who pitched in to pay for they’re trip, were thinking about many things. Though for all that its only Genette who is overthinking it. She achieved her dream of owning her very own dance studio and soon it was a big success, but there was more on her mind. Sunfyre’s birthday had pass and now the pair were getting ready to celebrate Genette’s success.
 
They’re friends had pitched in to pay for the pair to go on a 4 day, 3 night stay at a luxurious hotel in Manehattan, giving Genette an opportunity to tell Sunfyre something she has been wanting to tell him for ages…and yet she could never muster the courage to do so for the last 2 days.
 
Sunny figures on they’re last night in the big city they should go out, making Genette blushed redder. While not as an official date, but as friends going out on a good time. So they got all dresses up, Sunfyre in a white tuxedo and Genette, wearing a purple dress that glitters in the light. Both saw each other and directed they’re attention away from each other, but soon acknowledge they’re choice of outfits. Collecting themselves, they head out together.
 
Going to the park was only the first stop, as they’re was plenty to do. And with the sun setting, the pair would kick off they’re night. It would be a night neither of them would soon forget…well, it’ll be a night that Genette won’t soon forget.
 
Artist’s Tidbit: I won’t lie. This pic was months in the making. I started it back in December and was originally planning to do a Christmas theme, but the dread of uncertainty got to me and left me dejected to do any artwork. I then thought about a New Year’s theme, but it didn’t happen. Valentine’s Day didn’t help either. But I figured with my birthday being today I’d go and do it finally, but I had to give Sunfyre a revamp. The BG was a last edition.
 
While not a true Manehattan theme, I did the best I wanted to do. The original BG I had plan was for them to go to Las Pegasus, but I swap that idea for Manehattan. This pic is only the beginning of what I wish to do story wise involving Sunfyre & Genette’s close relationship taking an unexpected turn. But I would need a lot of time to figure out how I’m going to pull that off. But I won’t rush it for now. I have no complaints about it.
