But a few innovative and creative individuals have found other long term uses for them.

Yeah, the description does mention that the enchantment can keep a being “alive and healthy”, but I assume the suffering of exposure would still be felt. Maybe in a lesser degree, but still part of the punishment.

The magic of the device will probably prevent that from actually happening. But maybe the sensation of excruciating muscle spasms will still be felt by Gilda over time.

Which is why some of us know that but still speculate and wonder about the more lethal usages of it.
Can’t say the same for some of the background ponies.
For me, I’m interested in seeing more of this since more often than not its not going to be taken to extremes that easily (unless you’re a gore/guro person, then judgement where kinks are due)
And crows eating her eyes and her own muscle spasms breaking her bones.
As much as I like bondage myself, I’m always baffled when people use execution devices as (sexual) torture devices.

The mental aspect sure adds a lot to the punishment! I assume her only stimulation would be from creatures having fun with her helpless position.
