The composition and fluffy colors in this picture was inspired by Oculus’ vision of Nisc’s fate after the time of Meh’s unfinished comics. The tribute story itself is very touching and I hope Meh himself would have been proud.

Thy’re old enough to retain their own body heat but their fur is still going to be quite short and they’re too small to have any fat to maintain insulation.
It’s probably fine for a minute or two but I would severely not recommend it until they’re at least 7 weeks old, these look 5 weeks at best.
They’ll be fine - they have enough fluff to keep their warm. Also, they have to go inside soon as their owners just amde some sketties for lunch.
