Lyra and Bon Bon are inside Derpy’s workshop, helping Muffins finish up her recent letter that she must send to Twilight Sparkle. “Are you sure you want me up to write this?” Lyra Heartstrings asked Muffins. “Of course!” She happily told her. “You wouldn’t a friend of yours wanting a letter every now and then.”
 
Lyra continued writing the letter for Twilight Sparkle, “and we wish you with best luck with every friend you have. From, Lyra Heartstrings.”
 
Lyra Heartstrings passed the paper over towards Muffins, who started reading everything she wrote. “Your handwriting seems… amazing.” Muffins told Lyra, accepting her beautiful handwriting. “Thanks!” Lyra replied back, as she and Bon Bon left Muffins’ workshop.
 
Lyra and Bon Bon are outside in Ponyville where the other ponies were at, who are busy like them. “Everything’s just the same as always.” Lyra said in a relaxing voice. “Yeah, there’s nothing different about Ponyville right now.” Bon Bon said, as she felt like the world wouldn’t have been anything without her and Lyra.
 
“It feels like a very hot, sunny day, and I’m thinking we could go to the park and sit on the bench as we always do.” Lyra said, as she was thinking about benches in her mind.
 
“I suppose that’s usually the right choice.” Bon Bon agreed, feeling the same way as Lyra.  
“Oh, things could never have been different without you!” Lyra said with excitement, as she and Bon Bon hugged each other.
 
As Lyra and Bon Bon continued talking with each other, Minuette, Twinkleshine , Lemon Hearts, and Moon Dancer, who are also Lyra’s friends, have also been looking for Lyra. “There you are!” Minuette said, as she was getting excited she and her friends found Lyra.
 
“Who’s that with you?” Lemon Hearts asked Lyra, noticing that they’ve only seen her a few times. “Um…” Lyra said before being interrupted by Bon Bon. “Back off!” She said. “She’s going out with me!”
 
“Well, we’re friends with her, too.” Twinkleshine argued, as she preferred Lyra going out with them instead of Bon Bon.
 
Twinkleshine and Bon Bon walked up to each other, getting in each other’s faces. “You’re not having her!” Bon Bon shouted. “Neither will you.” Twinkleshine said.
 
“Hey, that’s no way to treat someone like that.” Lyra reminded Twinkleshine and Bon Bon, as she levitated them both and keep them away from each other. “I know I get along with everyone, but they’re correct. I’m friends with them as well.” She told Bon Bon.
 
“Yeah, we’ve known Lyra Heartstrings way more than you have, Bon Bon.” Lemon Hearts told Bon Bon, angering her even more. “What?!” Bon Bon said with an angry look on her face.
 
“Come on, let’s get along.” Moon Dancer warned them, as she also stepped in and break up the argument. “Let’s just say Lyra goes with us for today.” She said as she levitated Lyra towards her and the others.
 
“Hey! Get back over here,now!” Bon Bon yelled, as Moon Dancer and the others took Lyra away from her. “Maybe, we’ll sit on the bench another day.” Lyra smirked.
 
Later that afternoon, Lyra asked her friends, “So, where are you taking me?”
 
“To the park.” Twinkleshine replied back, as she and others tried to keep Lyra Heartstrings away from Bon Bon noticing where they were at.
 
“You know, that’s something everyone doesn’t know about.” Minuette said in her mind, realizing she is seeing the bench that Lyra shares the bench with her best friend, Bon Bon. “Like why is Lyra always sharing the bench with Bon Bon?” She wondered.
 
“Perhaps they think that the bench is so popular, Lyra and Bon Bon share the bench almost every month.” Moon Dancer said.
 
Lemon Hearts, Minuette, Moon Dancer and Twinkleshine looked at Lyra Heartstrings, who was behind them, trotting along. “I guess I can sit on the bench again!“Lyra Heartstrings said with excitement, as she started running towards the bench. “Hey, hold on!” Minuette told her.
 
“Aww, come on! It’ll be so much fun with all of you sitting on the bench with me together!” Lyra said happily to her friends with joy. “Could say less…” Twinkleshine said with an annoyed look on her face.
 
“Don’t you think you’re too old for that bench right now?” Lemon Hearts asked Lyra, as she realized the bench hasn’t changed at all. “I’m never too old to sit on a bench.” Lyra Heartstrings replied back with confidence in her mind.
 
While Lyra’s friends have been sitting close to a tree, Bon Bon appeared behind the bench, watching Lyra and her friends the entire time. “Come on, let’s go…” She whispered into Lyra’s ear.
 
Lyra and Bon Bon ran out of the park without being caught, as they headed back for Ponyville. “Whew, that was a close one…” Lyra said in relief. “Thanks, Bon Bon.” She thanked Bon Bon, as they escaped the park without the others realizing them going.
 
Back in Ponyville, Lyra and Bon Bon spotted another bench so that they would not be caught again. “Well, we got away from them.” Bon Bon told Lyra, as she starting to feel like she was passing out.
 
“I’m just glad that nopony will understand the relationship between you and I.” Lyra told Bon Bon as they sat on the bench together. “At least we can sit on this bench for a while.” Bon Bon smirked as she was hoping that nothing would interrupted the fun between her and Lyra.
