Ever since I watched that episode of Nightmare Night, I always liked to imagine Luna occasionally would visit Ponyville just to see Pip, and would eventually take him in as her son, seeing that he was an orphan. Pip would go on to love his adopted mother, aunt, and cousin Cosmos. He would become part of the family, and would go on to become head of Luna’s royal guard.
 
However, it wasn’t that easy for Pip to leave when Luna asked him if he wanted to go with her. Even though he wasn’t really well liked, he still had the CMC, who each gave him going away gifts, along with a few hugs and VERY loud goodbyes. He would be leaving behind his home, but would be welcomed into a new one.
