What did they do I’m kind of lost here?
That was because journalists wrote: “Well, PH has lots of rape and loli stuff because they have cases were they tell the rape victims fuck you!” (there are many videos of rapists attacking their victims, and they upload them to PH. The problem is PH never took action, saying “nah, is all up to the uploader, so fuck you”. One particular case was of a 14 year old who was raped, his attacker uploaded the video, and then it was bullied for it. She almost comitted suicide).
This is nothing new, but then they added: “And since many companies pay for that stuff, that means they are ugly rapists pedos too!”.
Many banks and private companies read this, and they straight pulled PH from their payment services. This scared the 80 mods and 1 admin (yes, there were 80 mods and 1 admin for a 30 Million videos and 150 Million comments), so they though the most sensible thing to do was to DELETE EVERYTHING, and work from there.
Now the site is like tumblr: in zombie mode. There’s only around 3 million videos to date, but many people went xhamster or xvideos.
And that’s like the minority of the content featured there.
TLDR they deleted literally millions of videos from their site that do not belong to verified users, in an effort to remove content featuring things ||involving minors, sex trafficker victims, and sexual assault victims ||

And the funniest part about it is it’s wrong. If this site was anything like this, there would’ve been a big ol’ purge by now.
