Ah that makes sense thank you.
To the best of my knowledge, Shieltar decided that he was going to complete all of the final book before beginning uploads of it, rather than starting and having to hold himself to a schedule of completing a page every X days.
I believe that new pages are currently being worked on.
However in the meantime, a remastered version of Book 3 is being uploaded on BOEquestria, with greatly-improved artwork to bring it more in line with the quality of later books. :) See more here:

I think if I recall correctly, the T.R.E.E. of Harmoney was created a couple of books ago, and was planted by the farmhouse early on in Book 8. :)
