The date had been going well. Better than either mare/girl could of dreamed! All that was left, was the walk home. Both walking as close to one another as they could, hands/tails intertwined.  
Octavia: I still can’t believe you were able to do that with Velcro.”  
Sonata: “meh. You’d be surprised what I know. Sure those colts will think twice before messing with a pair of mares clearly note interested.  
They both laughed.  
Octavia: although I say for our next date we try something a bit more classy.  
Sonata perked up: next date?  
Octavia started to blush: oh, um, I mean… yeah. I definitely would like another some time with you.”  
Sonata smiled and leaned closer to Octavia.  
Sonata: me too.  
They arrived at Octavia’s house all too quickly.  
Sonata: guess this is where we say goodnight? Not that I’m in a rush for anything… more. No! I… I’m so sorry that sounded bad! 😣 I really like you, Octavia. And trust me, the last thing I want to do is ruin it.  
Octavia giggled and lifted up Sonata’s chin.  
Octavia: hey, I like you a lot to. Funny, cute, knows how to me make me relax, a great listener, so don’t worry, you’re doing great.  
Sonata: for… for realizes?  
Octavia: realizes.  
They stared at each other for a minute, lost in one another beautiful faces. Each of them moving closer in perfect unions, until their lips meet one another’s…
