A colored piece I did to expirement with his color palette, I don’t think this is final.
I made the armor too dark, his cape is the correct color, and I didn’t draw him bulky enough.
His mane color is right, but his magic color and body color I’m not happy with.

sure is hideous, his colors are all wrong, and I only spent about 5 minutes coloring him as a palette test. which was a fail, but I thought the overall lineart was good enough for my own art to upload.
It’s great to know the positive, fledgling artist encouraging community has really spilled over from ponibooru.
