Suit for Equestrian Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s weather flight, based on the livery of NOAA’s WP-3D. Commission done by 日日 (not on DA AFAIK).
The idea is “Weather above towns can be controlled by pegasi, but beyond that it’s still mother nature’s rule, thus EOAA’s weather flight travel across mountains and rivers of Equestria to survey the data for calculations to guide the local weather ponies.”
