Most generic and lazy foot fetish pictures be like that, but in the end still works somehow mainly because it’s still showing off feet. Ignoring the way this artist does it since you can clearly see the feet tagged on to the standing character models in almost each uploaded picture, it’s an easy tactic for those that can’t draw feet well or get creative with it so they’ll use this specific and overused way in most of their works to put a strong emphasis on foot focus. DA is basically homebase for this way of making foot fetish art.
