Really dont know much about p21, he didnt give me the same wild impression like Calamity. Maybe i should revisit Project Horizons.

The only good character seems a little strong. Personally, I rather liked Blackjack for the most part. P-21 was a fantastic character, but in terms of being the best one? May I direct your attention to Scotch Tape?
