This needs some sex mods like aaf ‘’ Advanced Animation Framework ‘’  
and ‘‘AAF Theme’’
 
You need to look for animations so that the mods mentioned above have something to work like:
 
Atomic Lust  
AAF — Vanilla Sex Animations Theme  
Four-Play Animations  
Crazy6987 — Sex Animation  
Female Masturbation  
TortureDevices etc.
 
Mods that some of these you will only find on loverslab site.  
of course you will need some components like body and skeleton mods like:
 
Caliente’s Beautiful Bodies Enhancer -CBBE, for female body that you will replace(Optional) with my ‘‘CBBE body hooves’’.
 
Bodytalk3 for male body that you will replace (Optional) with my mod ‘‘bodytalk3 bodyhooves’’ and the skeleton Zaz extended skeleton that you will replace with my mod ‘‘CaN Pony ZaZ Skeleton compatible’’
 
If the installation of these original mods is wrong, try to find out what is missing on the websites of the mods that usually have written on them the requirements for each one
 
after that download my mod and replace everything that the copy and paste asks to replace and that’s it.

Any way you could make a fusion girl version of this? cbbe doesnt like playing nice with a lot of the mods i run, and i figured out how to make can work with aaf and everything else by just not using cbbe

Thanks again for the tip.
In case I didn’t remove CanFix, I just changed some values and created a.esp for override.
strange is that the face fix script is not causing the problem, but additional values that change spedmut and jump.
From 5k I changed it to 4k from 1.2k I changed it to 1k and the physics is working as well as HHS.
Soon I’ll be posting the patch with this fix and the skeleton updated to v6 that is already done.

Thank you very much for the information, I believe this overrides the skeleton scripts.
I don’t think this causes too many problems, reading the script it seems to just recalculate facebones positions and if your character has a normal face, you don’t need this ‘‘spell’’ if your character has a wrong face, just select a preset that has a normal face and go back to your preset.

Sorry, for coming out of nowhere, but I had the same problem with physics from that one pony skeleton on LL. Turns out that some of the scripts disable them and deleting all scripts besides CaNRaceFixEffectScript.pex seem to make physics work. Not sure if it breaks something important in the mod, but physics work

yea I already updated the skeleton to v6 and made a .esp fixing HHS compatibility with playerpony.esp
I’m still testing
I’m also trying to get the OCBPC physics to work with ponyplayer.esp. I installed the fusion girl body and the physics works with the pony npc but not with the player =/
This is because of fusion girl.esp i think.

I updated the information below. Turns out this mod was unrelated to what made it work.
Yeah for whatever reason the skeleton that comes with can player pony doesn’t work in VR. Makes the game unplayable.
I tried in the past to try and discern what about that skeleton messes things up but I couldn’t find it. My guess was that the head scale was changed or something, and for whatever reason that borks the gun position in VR. Other than that I dunno. AFAIK the reason for that was to make hats fit or something. Would be great if someone with more modding experience could have a look. Perhaps there’s a way to change the scale of a head item when it is attached, rather than change bone scale or something. (Bone scale is just a theory).

Fallout 4 VR Pony fix
EDIT 2: Actually I managed to figure out what fixed it. The ZaX skeleton patch above didn’t have any impact.
What works is basically setting your race back to human after fully setting up the CaN pony mod.
  1. Just set up as usual
  2. open console and enter player.setrace Human , press enter (it may say some error)
  3. close console. Your gun position will be fixed and the game is fully playable.
To set your appearance and Nora’s appearance make a save file in 2D fallout 4, and copy it over to the VR one. Then do the setrace human trick and the game will be good.
You never really see yourself in FO4VR, 3rd person camera command crashes (tfc). If you did need to see yourself for an animation or something, you could set yourself back to Pony race (player.setrace Pony) or whichever, but afaik there’s no way to see a 3rd person camera.
EDIT 1: Actually haven’t quite worked this out yet. I have the feeling that if you get it set up such that your own model looks horrifying (when racecustomizer is below player pony), I think it all works. Not sure though. I have this one save where everything is perfect. I think I had turned mods on after I started the game though.

Details:
The gun is semi-messed up but otherwise it seems to work. Without a patch, when you are outside of Power Armor it usually screws up the gun position and makes the game 100% unplayable. This seems to fix that, but leaves the gun looking disassembled? May not be a problem.
You need the “CaN Pony ZaZ Skeleton compatible” patch as a ZIP, and install CaN as loose files. In Vortex, set the CaN Pony ZaZ skeleton compatible to load after CaN files, causing them to be replaced with the patch.
Manual install: Install CaN as loose files somehow, and then copy in the CaN pony skeleton fix above.
It may work with BA2 install, but I haven’t tried. I think it will, because I quit before I tried to test because I noticed everyone was still human (I had forgotton to install the non-DLC Fallout Equestria mod (the one that says unsupported)). If you have the DLC installed properly for fallout 4 vr, definitely try the Fallout Equestria Season Pass.

I’ve been looking for a shemale mod to use with CaN but the TWO I could find gave my character a human dick and not a horse dick, you are the only one I’ve found that has a shemale character with a horse dick. if it’s a mod I have simply not found could you share the link for me, or if it is a mod you made Would you be so kind as to share it?

Yes, i am without fallout 4 installed now to check but i believe it has the size slides.  
If don’t have the slides I’ll teach you how to make these adjustments manually, just send me pm.  
Remembering if you are using AAF animations the proportions will affect and generate cliping on the body mesh.
