The AppleDash is such a bad ship, probably the worst. It’s not well thought out. AJ and Rainbow Dash have shown to show passive aggression towards each other and yet either of them have yet to be shown to be gay

Mhm, I agree. The closest evidence we have is when Applejack rejects Trenderhoof by saying, “You’re a lovely pony, but I’m… I’m a-” before she is cut off, which sounds suspiciously like she was gonna say she was lesbian.  
There’s another theory that due to the outlandishly high mare:stallion ratio, most mares are actually lesbian since there’s physically not enough stallions to go around.
 
Once again there’s nothing confirmed-confirmed so we have to make do with these crumbs, which are better than nothing, but could definitely be better.
 
Coming back to the tomboy point, I really don’t see why shipping the two ‘tomboys’ together is such a bad thing since butch lesbians exist and aren’t merely a media stereotype, much less a harmful one.

Just so you know, the game has nothing to do with show. And we can also see AJ showing a close effection towards Rarity through out the show. so I guESs that’s cannon to! When it’s not lmao. You realize Hasbro is just screwing with you

The solution would be to have a well developed couple show up instead, which we got with Lyra and Bon Bon, this “any representation is good representation” mentality is stupid.
 
Really, Rarity and Applejack is such a bad ship if you ask me, I get it’s the whole rich meets poor and they fall in love shtick, but we’ve seen that Rarara is interested in men since S1, and I’ve yet to hear any good argument for AJ being gay besides “well the only ship i could think of was applemac and i didn’t want incest”.
 
Not to mention how much fun the “stereotypes exist IRL” argument can be, if you catch my cold.
