Assuming we’re not accounting for potential Mass Shifting or Interdimensional travel interfering with the Cybertronian’s scale (like how EqG shifts Twilight into becoming a human when she’s on Earth).

Arcee is 33 ft / 10.05 m tall if she is from IDW Comics. Maybe 22 ft / 6.7 m if G1 Comics is used. Since it is G1 transformers from IDW that seemed to form the basis here, it is believed that Arcee is 10.05 meters high and Rarity stands on a three-storey building. Arcee`s attack on Starscream suggests this, as she is not much smaller than him.
 
Then it meant that Rarity and the other ponies are human size - and currently seemed to be somewhere between the real pony and the horse from the real world. So the alicorns and chrysalis are as big as real horses.
