eOne doesn’t scream Hasbro Studios even if it’s owned by Hasbro. It’s like licensing a property to anyone else while still owning it. (For example: Dragon Ball)

Yeah, but instead of keeping Allspark only for Hasbro brand adaptations, they decided to go with eOne.
I wish they could have kept Allspark. Heck, at least rebrand it as AllsparkOne as a label for Hasbro-related content while other non-Hasbro content can have the eOne brand.
I s2g, Goldner doesn’t give a fuck about the Allspark anymore. I wish someone else (or me) can run Hasbro so they can keep Allspark. Allspark had potential and Hasbro is gonna abandon it due to the merger with eOne.

Not to Goldner, who seemingly got tired of building a media empire largely from scratch. I get the impression the only reason Davis is still credited was the project was already 95% developed before the merger.
