Commission for Kokeiden
This took WAY longer than the last commission I did for Kokeiden. But I’m happy with the results none the less. It was still a treat working on this project. It was a pleasure working on these characters, since I had intended on drawing a few of them in the first place.
But I digress
This week on Chopped, the season finale reaches a boiling point higher than the Cuban-Missile Crisis when Soviet finalists, Nalia and Van, get their hands on their ingredients and literally use it against each other for the title of last chef standing (again, literally).
The special guest judges (World famous Cafe entrepreneur: Wego Squeaks. And Food Satiric: Wolf J. Samuel) expected there to be tenderizing, salting and frying of various things. They didn’t expect it to be the chef’s themselves.

The baguette of Bartholomew: for over 1000 years this baguette has been left to dry in an arid tomb specifically to suck out all moisture. It is said it could crack the very earth if swung hard enough
I’m betting on the fella with the baguette. If it’s old enough the lady with the mere pastry roller has no chance!
Unless it’s Tulean gingerbread, and that is obviously is not a Tulean gingerbread.
