I did see it. But Horace (the evil twin hate beetle with the triple bumper) was Scottish because of Simon Moore III, the main villain. Not a nazi hate bug. Pretty cool movie though. Saw it on YouTube.

I know that there are two, the original movie (no eyes) and the remake (with eyes).

I’m talking about the 1997 made for TV movie “The Love Bug” starring Bruce Campbell.

I just checked. The eyes and tongue didn’t show up in either the 1997 remake or the Lindsay Lohan “Herbie: Fully Loaded” movie. According to Wikipedia:

Herbie has had numerous appearances in Disney parades, and has taken part in Disney on Ice, and Disney on Parade, usually in the latter two with painted-on eyes and teeth, along with a moving tongue. This Herbie model has been moved to Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort in Walt Disney World and is the centrepiece of ‘The Love Bug’ themed area.

Yes I do, and I was browsing my local Disney+ catalogue the other day, and they had the Love Bug movies, but not that film. I mean it is not a good movie, still I would have liked to watch all the Herbie films back to back.
