Sometimes your parents teach you what not to do when you’re a parent.
We saw said “innocent roughhousing” with the bully dragons. It’s common to violently throw each other around, slam into and onto piles of near diamond hard gems, and do dives into molten lava.
Seriously, it’s one of those things that’s shown, never told, and it’s astounding, really.
Just imagine what it must be like when dragons engage in what counts among them as ‘innocent roughhousing’ with less resilient species.
It sounds like what a lot of rural kids and families are like. The ones I knew tended to be pretty blase’ about pain and the occasional swat from a parent.
This sounds like something my dad would say.
