Trixie a never have this power level , ever in other pony verse but yes she can more powerful the canon Trixie but never Powerful like this wont to hurt her self, this is a filly unicorn, this type of magic is too high for trixie and Twilight in the same Age can’t cast this! this type of magic is can only learn of Powerful magic user and is in tean and adult age a user can finally learn it, but not in this level first but with a lot of training if can become more powerful but this? this is OP!

What’s the penalty for attempted regicide?

As much as I thought Celi here was blowing things out of proportions, I think she should check to make sure Nightmare Moon’s prison is still intact. I mean that energy blast kept its shape, and force until it hit the moon. Evil Luna should escape just to show how much Celi is irresponsible. But that would take the story soo far off into left field, and this story is about Trixie and not about Celi.  
Still, she had it coming. Trixie you got one up on Twilight, you blaster her teacher into space.
