Not sure if I ever will use him but this is Gemeni the Changeling, part of the zodiac elements. Gemeni because…well…two of the same face. Seemed to fit a changeling. His colours are more lighter than others to symblise the air (gemini got the element air and is one of the mutable signs, perfect fit) and his cutie is the symbol for gemini.
