Just how could a child manage to pull that off? Just why should only she be sent to “hell prison” for something another mare has also committed?
Oh yeah because when you get sent to hell prison for nearly taking away the entire world’s ability to exist and then come back having learned nothing from it and trying it all over again, it truly does demonstrate how much someone deserves to continue living and learning.
Like I agree that that entire two-parter should have taken a different direction, but she was still a ways away from redeemable in the end.

Most people think she should’ve gotten her reformation. It’s a tiny and loud minority who think she’s genuinely evil. Ironically the more they argued the more they convinced everyone she didn’t deserve the fate.
