True, I just like the aesthetic. Though I do believe the wings make the statue in this case. OC or Celestia (Or Fausticorn, because why not), I just like the look.
that can be accomplished without the statue being an alicorn OC.
For that matter, look at the iconography of the statue: an alicorn wearing a cloak with a prominent sun. That makes me think it’s supposed to be Celestia, not an OC.
The statue?
We’ve each got our own tastes, I personally like the aesthetic of a statue in the forest like this. It makes the scene feel older and secluded but not completely forgotten. The chipping indicating that few come out here but those that do care for what they can.
But that’s just my view of it.
