After seeing the analogous scene, I think I’d want to join the Student Council… to act as kind of a buffer between Shizune and the people she deals with like that rather than in any way that helps matters. Probably asked Lilly what dorm rooms the people she delegated the budget to are in and retrieve it from them myself.
