A little segment on the unknown villain known as Anthro and how he gets his research. Pretty he uses those who have a degree in science related things which helps his improvement on Gene splicing. The scientists that he pays are thise who reached a rough patch in their life, mainly those who are broke and need some bits fast and or those who had a difficult history. History of these Scientists can involve many things, destruction of property, murder, or some other third reason, Anthro uses this to his advantage(based on the conversation above) and makes sure that these ponies don’t anything stupid quite yet.
