Y’see? This new art style would look so nice if they just added a fucking cheek above the mouth so it wasn’t stabbing into the eye, and moved the chin down so it’s below the bottom of the mouth
 
Also, don’t draw the eyes in front of the hair, just go for outlines if it’s obscured
