Um, Techrat was actually from the series. Him being a Time Lord is the only thing Outrage did with his character.

Description
Recently the Hub announced that it would be airing an old 80s (very 80s) cartoon called Jem and the Holograms. The character designs are screaming, “Ponify me!” Well, prior to reading a Doctor Who crossover comic by called Outrage of the Zygons, featuring the sixth Doctor and Mel, I neither knew nor cared about Jem. But my interest was piqued, and I looked up a few episodes on YouTube (the character designs are a bit mundane, really, and the animation for all but the music videos is 12-frame strobe style, like anime). I’ve taken to Techrat, Eric Raymond’s haphephobic “secret weapon,” so I decided to turn him into a pony.
Why is this image a spoiler? Well, count the teeth on that little clock gear on Techrat’s cutie mark. I may go back later and add the Gallifreyan dragon of exile tattoo.
