In my case the vocal minority came off as so strong that i actually thought im the only Human being on this world that didnt absolutely hate the finale… Im glad ive been proven wrong here :)
Sounds about right and I agree, I still really know how to feel about the whole Discord-Grogar twist but I’ll say that the last few episodes didn’t really do his character any favours. But much like you, I like Discord enough not to harp on it too much.
The reason some people would write off a whole season because of a few episodes is because they’re immature. That said I do agree the Discord thing was just uh…yeah. The less said about that the better lol. I like Discord so I’m gonna just roll my eyes and pretend it was all part of Celestia’s overarching plan to ready Twilight.

I see, I think that’s probably what the majority of the fandom think from the people I’ve seen and talked to.
To be honest? I kinda like the majority of season 9. Maybe one or two episodes didn’t stick the landing for me, but the rest were solid enough.
More Kerfuffle art is always great, but I don’t understand why someone would write off the rest of the season just because they’d didn’t like the finale. Hell, I’ll even go as far to say the last 3 episodes are some of the better ones from the season (though maybe just the epilogue if I wanna be picky).

LOL! Thank you. I’ve seen like, maybe one or two people on this website who thought that. I mean, fine; Discord did a stupid when he posed as Grogar and released the most dangerous villains in Equestria. However, you look at THAT, and then you watch Game of Thrones’ ending? Compared to THAT, the MLP finale was akin to Stardust Crusaders.
