The stuff about Shattered Hoof Ridge makes sense. I’ve moved it and Junction R-7 to try to be closer to where they would be in story canon, while still trying to not move any locations from the official Equestria map.

You’re going to run into a heap of problems trying to fit the locations of Fallout Equestria into the canon map of MLP. There are several points of considerations:
  • As @Justicia_Hoofler pointed out, Shattered Hoof Ridge was a site of battle during the war and wouldn’t make sense to place it deep within Equestria’s borders. It might make sense to place the Shattered Hoof Re-Education Facility (named after the site of battle) in the general vicinity though, since Junction R-7 should be within its sphere of influence.
  • After falling off the cliff during their escape from Old Appleloosa, the gang came across the ruins of Cloudsdale, where they got chased by a pack of feral pegasus ghouls. By nightfall, they arrived at Silver Bell’s Pinkie Pie Museum (formerly her family’s rock farm) (Ch. 9). Suggesting those two locations sits somewhere between Old and New Appleloosa.
  • Silver Bell’s parents were killed by Deadeye’s thugs. Suggesting the rock farm was also near or within the Shattered Hoof Facility’s territory.
  • Whitetail Woods was poisoned by the zebra missiles, intended for Canterlot, when Celestia intercepted them mid-flight. The ensuing fallout was spread all the way to the edge of Ponyville, poisoning the apple orchard (Ch. 45). Meaning those two locations should be closer together.

According to the wiki page: “Shattered Hoof Ridge, as the name implies, is a barren, rocky portion of Equestria near the Zebra border full of deep crags and ravines.” So I guess more next to the zebra border.

Awesome map, but wasn´t there a large scale battle with the zebras at Shattered Hoof Ridge? I wonder how they could have come that far in Equestria, and why they didn’t attack Canterlot instead.
