I doubt lullaby’s dreams of the storm guard and graveyards are particularly pleasant. more likely she just fell through the cracks, like she did in the waking world. maybe luna couldn’t hear her because she wasn’t crying out for help?

Also, Luna coming in to stop nightmares happens when a pony, you know, has a nightmare first. Firefighters don’t tend to show up when there isn’t a fire.
