It’s super easy. If uploaders weren’t anonymous we’d be able to hide whatever they upload

That uploader has been warned to stop. Unfortunately, there is no way to filter that efficiently.

This right here is why I’m frustrated that people are allowed to anonymously upload images. Sometimes there are things that I’d like to block, like someone spamming something over and over and over again. But there’s no specific tag that I can block to make this annoying behavior to go away.  
If everyone had to upload WITH THEIR NAME ATTACHED to it, I could block that individual uploader.

I know. This person is really spamming up the place and it’s super annoying. Not every single dang frame of an episode needs to be uploaded.

I know what you mean. But it’s pointless to complain, because all you will get is “filter it” which is a completely useless advice in this case.
 
Screencaps are fine, but you don’t have to upload every frame just to bloat your upload counter.
