Having promised Lancer that she’d be his skating partner for the roller derby, and not wanting Blade to harp on her about it, Bright Eyes tricks him into looking for any Equestria Magic, where he runs right into Trixie and is forced to hide in a tree during the whole computation. And the two win the derby. But when Blade finds out he was tricked he scolds her so bad that she runs off in tears. After that, the ninjas scold Blade and Lancer calls him a jerk. Then Leo and Sunset tell Blade why Bright Eyes followed him here: to get a brake from Twilight and the Mane 6 because they think she’s just like Cozy Glow and Rainbow Dash yelled at her for smiling. After hearing that, Blade regrets what he did but they don’t have time to go looking for Bright Eyes, as an orb of Equestrian Magic turns a mound of dirt into a dirt golem. The ninjas fight it but are unable to beat it due to it’s regenerating. It defeats the ninjas and gives Blade a very bad beat down. Before it can finish him, Bright Eyes arrives and fights it, being able to dodge and knock off more of it’s limbs due to her smaller size. Then Twilight throws her Magic Tracker to her and she absorbs the magic out of it. After that, Blade apologies for snapping at her. And although Bright Eyes forgives him, she alerts Trixie to where he is as payback for him being a jerk to her.
