Artist’s description from DA:

Celestia and Luna’s magic grandma. Always felt like the one-before-Faust could use a mane and tail that was prettier. She originally had this super complex regalia with like five different colors of gems but it ultimately didn’t fit. The glasses are what remains of that fancy stuff.

Most of the mane I based off of Equestria-Prevails’s Iridia, who is in fact their version of Bonniecorn, while her cutiemark is based off one Australian-Senior made here.
