Well this is a bad fix because it is not realistic. Without a leg, this cute pony has its own personality and character.
Apparently in Equestria there is no such developed magic that can grow limbs, as in our life.
The picture is not very realistic.
When this pony with a corrected leg, then she loses part of her history and her personality.
