It can cross-mobile platform development in Dart language, yet it is kinda complicated to understand and install, hope someone make a logo namesake of it someday.
Thanks, I’ll look into it. To be clear, I have only just started. Literally just started yesterday evening after finally getting a VM working, so I still have to learn the basics before I start any projects. For now it’s a little hobby, but it’s a skill I always wanted to learn.

you can try QB64 if you want. it looks a bit outdated but QB64 is a pretty powerful expansion to the original QBASIC. it’s easy to get into and even got a built-in wiki with examples so you can always look up stuff without needing internet.
and lastly, programs are compiled into executable files so they run much faster and you can use them without QB64 being installed
though i’d recommend running it on a Windows machine.
it honestly doesn’t matter what language you start with, as long as you understand it at some point it will make learning other languages in the future easier.
Serious question, as someone who recently broke into Linux and has an interest in coding, does anyone have any suggestions on how to start learning Python? Or Java, or C, really just coding in general.
Whenever I see this kind of stuff, it makes me quite aware I am a fool. Fortunately I won’t ever have any kids or marry. So no need to be concerned about making more useless people.
Headcannon: Celly is the boss of the EqOS company which develops and runs, among other things, community web services for all Equestria. Core servers, of course, run Solaris.
(I love how majestically and gracefully she is sitting on that ball.)
Luna, EqOS’s CTO, dabbled in game scripting at the start of her career, thus her massive experience with Lua.
Well finally.

your current filter.well, good luck!
programming is a good skill to have, since it teaches you problem solving which is just useful in general.

The best part to me are how she spread her wings for balance.
Random humour; I personally found it hilarious.

(yes, it’s an actual language)
