Considering the efforts he’s done to look like a girl, I wouldn’t doubt that he wants to be known as a girl.

You have misunderstood my answer. You said on this image that “why do guys look better in dresses than girls do?” , which I simply tried to say was an odd statement, as the character is basically drawn as a girl. If you didn’t know it was a boy, you would think it was a girl.
Well… He never said he was a girl, just likes to dress as one.
I’ve definitely been attracted to guys to whom I was definitely not otherwise attracted because they were in dresses. The dress helps a lot.
But this guy look extremely feminine, so basically a girl. So I wouldn’t say your statement makes much sense here.
