I’m pretty sure that it’s a Rook from Chess, and is supposed to represent her skills at strategy and planning. A symbol the represents her skills as a master manipulator. Kind of like how she managed to get the entire school body on her side, and even tricked the teachers into trusting and liking her, all letting her work her plan.
