For those of you who don’t get the joke allow me to explain. Last year Cartoon Network released a new show called Unikitty, based off the character from The LEGO Movie. On January 28 of this year Nickelodeon releases a show called Rainbow Butterfly Unicorn Kitty based off a song of the same name. So here we have Unikitty meeting Felicity(the character from RBUK) and the two of them are at a loss for words about each other. Suddenly a wild Pinkie Pie appears and tells the two creatures that they don’t have it as bad as her. I haven’t seen much of RBUK but I’ve seen enough Unikitty to say that the two shows are original in their own identity despite having a similar premise.
Now let me explain the second panel. In 2010 My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic came out in America on The Hub(remember The Hub?) and was a show about being a decent person. Just this month Nickelodeon releases a show called Corn and Peg. Wanna guess what that show is about? To be honest I’ve seen a few episodes with my little cousins and its charming and does have its own identity, I just think it’s weird how much those two shows have in common:
-The shows are about doing good and being a decent person
-The dominant species are ponies, unicorns, and pegasuses
-There’s a lesson in just about every episode
-There’s a song in just about every episode
-Both shows have a powerful alicorn that the main characters look up to
Yeesh, no wonder Pinkie’s upset… (Though if Nickelodeon is continuing ripping off shows could you do Teen Titans Go and actually make it good?)
The following characters belong to their respective owners.

Felicity builder belongs to
Pinkie Pie builder belongs to
Enjoy!
Felisty: who are you, me?
Pinkie Pie: at least both shows are better than Corn and Peg.
