I don’t think it counts personally, as it’s a parody, and she’s just biting him, not eating/killing him technically.
In fact, real life ponies are quite bitey.

I liked it too actually, it actually accomplished being as crazy as the actual MAD magazine was. Plus I love Spy VS Spy.  
They had some surprising references in it. Like I remember Bunnie Rabbot (from the old Sonic cartoons/comics) cameo’d in it, and they’ve done retro game & such references some kids wouldn’t understand.

Also, in regards to the tags, I should also add, “MAD TV” was a completely different sketch-based show then Cartoon Network’s “MAD.” (Which is what this is from.) People are mistaking those shows way to much.
