And I am having to add shit load of those too as the uploaders aren’t doing the right thing. If the uploaders won’t tag correctly then I go back to downvotiung incorrectly tagged images.

There’s already a tag for what you’re trying to hide, it’s “hyper pregnancy”. It is already on the image. Hide that, don’t create a new tag that does the same thing.
