Looks like Rarity and Sweetie Belle worked together as sisters to give Twilight a Pop Star look! If this was in the show, this is how Starlight Glimmer, Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie would react:
 
One night in Ponyville, Rainbow, Starlight and Pinkie were on their way to visit the Carousel Boutique.
 
[“Dreams of Cruelty” from TEAM FORTESS 2 plays]
 
Starlight: “Are you sure this is such a good idea, Pinkie?”
 
Pinkie: “Of course this is, Starlight! I can’t wait to see Twilight when Rarity’s all done with her!”
 
Rainbow: “Neither can I! Twilight is gonna look so awesome!”
 
Starlight: “Then why didn’t you say so, girls? Maybe Twilight was expecting to see us after all!” sees the Boutique “And here we are!”
 
Pinkie: “OH BOY! OH BOY! OH BOY!” rings the doorbell rapidly until Rarity answers the door but keeps ringing the doorbell over and over
 
Starlight: levitates a dirty garden shovel and smacks Pinkie on the head with it “ENOUGH WITH THE DOORBELL-RINGING, PINKIE!”
 
Rarity: “Oh hello, Darlings! Come on in and have a look at Twilight!” levitates the curtains to reveal Twilight’s silhouette
 
The trio is amazed for a second but then they get this “Oh shit!” look on their faces

Twilight: “Oh Starlight, you’re here! And you brought Rainbow and Pinkie with you! How do I look?”
 
Rainbow: faints
 
Starlight: blows chunks all over Prince Blueblood “I am having a heart attack!”
 
Pinkie: spazzes out by jumping around and screaming in excitement
 
Twilight: “What was THAT all about?”
 
Spike: walks into the room “Twilight, I…” sees Twilight “Twilight! You look beautiful!”
 
Twilight: “Oh thank you, Spike.”
 
Rarity: “Job very well done!” sees Starlight still having a heart attack, Rainbow still unconscious and Pinkie still freaking out “I need to call 911.”
 
Starlight: (offscreen in a high-pitch voice) “Medic!”

Rarity: “But of course.”
