That is the Scooper. It scoops all the metal bits out of animatronics in Five Nights at Freddy’s: Sister Location. At the end of the game, the animatronics that have been scooped merge together into the character named “Ennard” and use the Scooper on you. This picture is a parody of that scene, with Ennard replaced with Tiara Ultima.
