The pic’s really old and I made it in Photoshop years and years ago, with a faux 16-color palette. The particular setup I have here does have more colors (look at my drawing I set as the background, for instance. That’s 24-bit.)
I can open truecolor images in Paintbrush just fine, I just like using old-school paletted images for arrangement screenshots like this because it’s more A E S T H E T I C.
